Leone x Male Reader - The Kind Stranger Pt.1

It was nighttime at the capital and everyone in the city was celebrating, because they are finally free from the corrupted government. Everywhere you look, there are people drinking, talking, and some having a few laughs, things that you don't normally see before. You were walking through the capital streets for a breather when you saw a hooded women walk into an alley. Unsure of why she would do that, you followed her in. Once you got there, she wasn't there, until you looked to your right and found her lying on the ground with a puddle of blood.



You: "Runs toward her" Miss!! Miss are you alright!? "Checks wound" How did she get a wound like this? "Then focuses on main task" Never mind that, I need to take her to a doctor, fast!!



You then picked her up and ran back to the street to get her to a doctor. While running, you kept telling people to stand aside for you to run. Without noticing, Leone opened her eyes a bit to see what was going on. She did see you, but her vision was fuzzy, so she couldn't see exactly who you are.



Leone(In head): Who is this guy? And where is he taking me?



You then made it to a nearby hospital and ran to the emergency room to call for help.



You: Please, I need help!!

Nurse: "She and a few other hospital staff come to you" What's the matter sweetie?

You: It's this girl, I found her lying on the ground in an alleyway and she's losing a lot of blood.

Doctor: "Puts her on a gurney and checks the wound" This doesn't look good, we'll have to bring her to ER.



The doctor and some nurses then rushed Leone into the ER to treat her wound. As for you, you stayed behind and wait as the doctors worked tirelessly to keep Leone alive. All you can do is hope and pray that she'll be okay.

A few hours later....



A few hours have passed since you brought Leone into the hospital. Then, a nurse walked towards you to tell of the girl. You were hoping it's a positive report and not a negative.



You: Well?

Nurse: The wounds she has are gunshots. We aren't sure how she got that, but she is something else from the recent people we've seen.

You: What do you mean?

Nurse: Wounds like these are very fatal, but for hers, their healing slowly. She did lose a lot of blood, but that can be managed, she's gonna be okay. "Goes back to work"



You then sat down and a sigh of relief came after when you heard of the good news. Then, a women with white hair came in and breathed heavily, probably because she was running. Her eyes then turned to you and you were hoping that she wouldn't do anything dirty.



Najenda: Have you seen a girl with blonde hair?

You: Uhh, yes. The nurse just told me that she'll be fine.

Najenda: Oh, thank goodness. "Sits next to you to rest"

You: Are you a friend of hers?

Najenda: Yes I am, we've actually known each other for a long time.

Nurse: "Walks towards you and Najenda" She's already been placed in a room, would you like to see her?



You nodded and the 3 of you walked to Leone's recovery room. When you walked in, the first thing that caught your attention was the blond herself, lying on the bed recovering from the operation. Najenda rushed to her side and cried for joy, knowing that her friend will be okay.



You: How long will she stay in here?

Nurse: From how she's healing so quickly, I'd say about till next Monday. She was very lucky to have someone like you take her here. "Najenda hears it and turns to you and the nurse"

Najenda: What was that?

Nurse: This young man here saw this girl and rushed her here to be treated. If it wasn't for him, she could've died.

Najenda: What's your name?

You: (First Name)(Last Name).

Najenda: "Walks to your front and hugs you" Thank you, for saving her life.

You: No problem, miss....

Najenda: Najenda, it's Najenda.

You: Nice to meet you, Najenda. "Shakes hands with her"



After that, you walked out of the hospital and continued walking through the streets. As for Najenda, she decided to stay by Leone's side until she fully recovers. While walking, some random guys came to you with tears in their eyes.



Guy with gray shirt: Is she alright?

You: Who's alright?

Guy with green shirt: Leone, blonde girl, wearing a cloak, ring any bells?

You: That's her name? Leone?

Guy with red shirt: We just heard that she was taken to the hospital, is she okay?

You: Yeah, she'll be fully recovered by next monday.



A sigh of relief came from them and then they went back to whatever they were doing in the first place. You then looked to the sky and watched as fireworks blow up in the sky while also knowing the girls name.



You(In head): I hope you'll be alright......Leone.

Back at the hospital......



Leone(In head): "Remembers you carrying you through the streets" Whoever that guy is, I owe him really bad. I just hope I know who he is though by the time I get out of this place. "Smile appears on her face"

Leone(In head): That'll be the first thing I'll do when I'm out of here: Find the mysterious stranger.
